Desktop Version:
- Request a full refund within 7 days of your in-app purchase.
- Email us at masterclass@ted.com and include your email and date of purchase and we’ll be able to help you out.
Apple's App Store:
- Request a full refund within 7 days of your in-app purchase.
- Go through Apple’s steps for requesting an in-app purchase refund, or
- Contact the Apple Care team via phone: 1-800-APL-CARE (800–275–2273)
Google Play Store:
- Request a full refund within 48 hours of your in-app purchase.

2. Group licenses for an organization:
You have seven (7) days from signing your contract to cancel without penalty.
